15 GB Storage for Gmail Users!

Recently Google increased the storage limit of Gmail. Few days ago the storage limit was 7.5 GB. But from now the storage limit is 10 GB! Can you imagine?! 

The storage limit is based on the size of all the messages and attachments in your mail, including those in Spam and Trash. To introduce the Google Drive as Cloud Service Google offered this increased storage. 

Mentioned that, Gmail was launched by Google on 1st April in 2004. At first, the storage limit was only 1 GB. And it has been increased upto 7.5 GB within 8 years. And now it is 10 GB. An user can check this at the bottom of his Gmail Page as the picture shows.

Google got a number of competitors in mailing service - specially Microsoft and Yahoo too. Recently Microsoft redesigned their hotmail service. They also changed the name to Outlook.  And yahoo has also redesigned their mailing service. Now it looks much better than earlier.

How to Check Cell Phones Quality Using IMEI - *#06#

Most probably, mobile phone is the most used device by the people throughout the whole world. Couple of years ago the use of mobile phone was very limited. But today many users have more than one or two mobile phones.

And to meet the demand, manufacturers are producing their products in different places to reduce the cost. Sometimes mobile phones are produced in China, India or any other country where production cost is relatively low. And quality is also hampered for this reason.

So, in this post I am gonna show you, how do you check your mobile phone's quality using the IMEI number. 

IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity. It is a 15-digit number and may be found in the packet of the mobile phone. It may also be found by removing the back cover and it may be placed on the battery sticker. 

If you lose your IME number then you can find it by typing *#06# on your mobile screen. After pressing this code, you will see a 15-digit number immediately on the screen which is called IME number.

The number might be as below:

Now look at the 7th and 8th digit. These two digits will ensure your phone's quality! 

• If the seventh and eighth digits are 00 this indicates your cell phone is manufactured in Original Factory which ensures the best quality. 

• If the seventh and eighth digits are 01 or 10 this indicates your cell phone is manufactured in Finland which is high quality. 

• If the seventh and eighth digits are 13 this indicates your cell phone is assembled in Azerbaijan which is too bad. And it is also dangerous for health! 

• If the seventh and eighth digits are 02 or 20 this indicates your cell phone is assembled in Emirates which is very poor quality. (NB: Some Indian sets have this number) 

• If the seventh and eighth digits are either 03/30 or 04/40, this indicates your phone is made in China but its quality is good. But not good either as 00, 01 or 10. 

• If the seventh and eighth digits are 05 or 50 this indicates your cell phone is manufactured either in Brazil or USA or Finland.

• If the seventh and eighth digits are 06 or 60 this indicates your cell phone is manufactured either in Hong Kong, or China or Mexico.

• If the seventh and eighth digits are 08 or 80 this indicates your cell phone is manufactured in Germany which is fair quality.

The number of Google + user has exceeded 170 million!

Recently Google has announced this news. Google + is taking different initiatives to compete with Facebook. To increase popularity, many interesting features are being added in Google+.

Google + has already added cover photo, most viewed topic, dynamic navigation menu etc. Of course many people argued that these features are also available in Facebook and Twitter. Some of them also claimed that Google are copying these features.

What is the Difference between LCD & LED Monitor?

Couple of years ago, giant monitor manufacturers declared that CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) monitors will no longer be available in the market as it consumes heavy power produces low quality output and most importantly better technology is available I mean LCD Display.  

CRT Monitor was the only one choice of customer for a long time. Then LCD overthrows it from the market. But LCD's time was too little. Within a very short time another technology that is LED has arrived and the time of LCD is almost finished now. 

Many people are often confused with the two terms - LCD and LED. As they look same, both are thin and smart so many people can't make a difference between the two. In this post I wanna clarity the difference between the two. 

LCD Vs. LED Monitor: Basic Difference

LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)

LED (Light Emitting Diode) 

LCD and LED monitors are based on the same basic technology for image display, but differ in case of back-lighting technology used. While LCD monitors use cold cathode fluorescent lamps for backlighting, LED monitors use light emitting diodes. This is the prime difference between the two display technologies. 

So, to be honest, LED monitor is the improved version of LCD. 

LCD displays have to rely on external lighting, as their display is created through manipulation of light, passing through polarized liquid crystals. The back-lighting affects picture quality substantially and light shed by LEDs offers superior picture quality, compared to LCDs.

This is because LEDs offer much more gradation in intensity and a larger light wavelength spectrum, giving a truer color quality. These types of monitors offer a better dynamic contrast ratio too. So if you compare LED vs. LCD monitor for gaming and other intensive graphic applications, LED monitor is surely better choice, as they provide vivid and more natural colors, with better gradation.

One of the basic problems of LCD is that it can't display true black color. But LED can produce true black color by entirely switching off LED.

LED is somewhat slimmer than LCD.

LED is a very recent as well as latest technology. They are preferred over LCD Monitors due to its overall high quality and less power consumption. It consumes much less power than LCD to operate.

Sleep & Hibernate Option in Windows 7

In windows 7 there are sleep and hibernate options. Many users are often confused with the two options. Some of them can't make difference between the two. So, in this post I'm gonna clarify the difference between sleep, hibernate, and hybrid sleep?

Before finding out the differences lets start from the very beginning. I mean I wanna start from the Shut Down Option. When your all tasks are over you can shut down your PC. Shut down puts down your computer in a state from where you will not be able to get your previous session. Everything will go to its initial stage. Any program or windows that were running will not be running  next time when you turn on the PC. Every user I think knows about shut down. 

Sleep: It is a low power-saving state that allows a computer to quickly start full-power operation (typically within several seconds) when you wanna start working again. Putting your computer into the sleep state is like pausing a DVD player-- the computer immediately stops what it’s doing and is ready to start again when you wanna resume working.

Hibernation: It is a power-saving state designed primarily for laptops. While sleep puts your work and settings in memory and draws a small amount of power, hibernation puts your open documents and programs on your hard disk, and then turns off your computer. Of all the power-saving states in Windows, hibernation uses the least amount of power. On a laptop, use hibernation when you know that you won't use your laptop for an extended period and won't have an opportunity to charge the battery during that time.

Hybrid sleep: It is designed primarily for desktop computers. Hybrid sleep is a combination of sleep and hibernate- it puts any open documents and programs in memory and on your hard disk, and then puts your computer into a low-power state so that you can quickly resume your work. That way, if a power failure occurs, Windows can restore your work from your hard disk. When hybrid sleep is turned on, putting your computer into sleep automatically puts your computer into hybrid sleep. Hybrid sleep is typically turned on by default on desktop computers.

Why can't I find the sleep or hibernate options on my computer? 

Click the Start button, and then click the arrow next to the Shut down button. Then you will find all the options like the image on the right.


If you don't find the hibernate options in that way, it might be for one or more of the following reasons:

• Your Video Card may not support these options
• If your account is a guest account then some settings may be managed by your system administrator
• This option my be turned off by BIOS settings.
• Or these options may be hidden from power options located in control panel.

If the options are hidden from power options then it is very easy to turn on these options. Just follow the steps: 

1. Go to the Control Panel and hit on Power Options
2. Then click on Choose what the power button do from the left panel
3. Now hit on Change settings that are currently unavailable
4. Now you will find the hibernate and sleep options either enabled or disabled by tick mark. If disabled then enabled them by putting tick mark.

   You can fire both pistols at the same time, but the pistol in your left hand will not be reloaded once it goes through it's initial clip. Meanwhile, the pistol in your right hand will never have to be reloaded again. As soon as the last round in a clip leaves this gun, it will be instantaneously filled, without a moments pause in the shooting, as long as you have extra ammo for it.

   
   

   The Sawn-off Shotgun may be used as a part of this trick, but it can only experience the rapid reload. By this I mean the Sawn-off will not fire if it is in your left hand with a pistol in your right, and a pistol will not fire if it is in your left hand and the Sawn-off is in your right hand. The gun in your right hand will still fire and experience Rapid Reload.

2. Fast Lockpicking & Clothes Changing

   To lockpick a door or change clothes really fast, quickly press the map button as soon as 47 moves to perform the action.

3. Unlock Every Level WITHOUT Cheats

   To unlock every level without the use of cheats to mess up your score, simply start a New Game. When it asks you to choose a difficulty, go back and select Current Game, and every level should be unlocked, without a rating.

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin Secrets

1. How to get a custom rifle

   When you are in the castle in japan. After you have shut down all generators, go to the back of the castle. You have to walk on the right sid if you are facing the castle. There is a sniper who cant see you when you enter the hallway. If you have a smg (sd6) shoot him in the head. Has to be one shot. He will fall out of the window our at least his weapon will. The custom rifle sileneced sniper rifle. Then this might take a few tries. Luckily i got it on the first try. You must complete the level with this weapon in your possesion.

2. Faster Knife Attacks

   Playing in third person, there is a limit to how fast you can swing small knives, like the scalpel or combat knife. However, if you enter first person, this delay time is non-existent, making combat far easier.

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin Glitches

1. Kill A UN Guard Glitch

   In the Level Motorcade Interception, one of the mission objectives, is to spare the UN guards and not kill them. You can simply kill them by approaching behind them and use the Fibre Wire on them to kill them. Using only the wire will glitch and allow you to kill them.

2. Early Silenced WA2k Sniper Rifle

   In order to obtain the silenced WA2k sniper rifle early in the game, play the levels with the ninja clan snipers (either At The Gates or Hidden Valley), where you originally start off with that stupid crossbow. In the large sniper towers, all of the ninja snipers are equipped with powerful silenced sniper rifles, a weapon you won't get until much later on in the game. In order to get one early, snipe a ninja with a solid headshot as they're slightly leaning out of a window, and more often than not when they jerk back they'll drop their silenced rifles over the railings and onto the ground below the tower. It may take a couple tries, but it beats having to wait to get it several missions down the line, since this is the end-all sniper rifle in the game.

3. Stretchy People

   Put on the "Nailgun" cheat and shoot someone onto a wall. Make sure they're in your reach and go to one of their legs or arms that isnt "nailing" them to the wall and press "drag body". If you have done it right you can now walk around while holding onto the person and they will stay on the wall unless you select the "drop body" option.

4. Rat Dragging

   If you're ever in the sewer and you have a gun out you've probably noticed that the (aiming circle) which is white unless there is an enemy and it turns red. It's because theres rats in there that you can kill and drag. All you have to do is shoot it when you see the red circle, search for it, and then when you're near it the "drag body" option will appear and 47 will bend over and drag it like a person.

5. Quick Lock Picking

   When you come to a lock that needs to be picked just start to pick the lock then after about a second press Select then X to open up your map, then wait about another second then hit triangle to exit the map, if you did it right the object should now be unlocked and it was done in only a fraction of the time. (If it doesn't work the first time wait a little longer in the map before you leave back to game play)

You can also make a custom url. First copy and paste your url in the url box. Then type a custom name that you want after the tiny url. Then click on tiny.
